FAMOUS QUOTES

FAMOUS QUOTES

“Go confidently in the direction of your dreams! Live the life you’ve imagined. As you simplify your life, the laws of the universe will be simpler.”-Henry David Thoreau

“Every adversity, every failure and every heartache carries with it the Seed of an equivalent or a greater Benefit.” -Napoleon Hill

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?” -Marianne Williamson

Madali nating mapatatawad ang isang paslit na natatakot sa dilim… subalit ang tunay na trahedya ng buhay ay kung natatakot ang tao sa liwanag.-Plato, Salin ni MJLDERAMA

“Don’t let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use.” -Earl Nightingale

“As you begin to live in the present moment, you will experience a subtle but profound change. Worrying about the future will cease. A deep peace will enfold you, a peace that says, ‘All is well’. There is nothing to fear. Everything is unfolding according to plan and you are being guided each step along the way.” -Douglas Bloch

“It is not what you say, or wish, or hope or intent, it is only what you do that counts.” -Brian Tracy

“For any student of history, change is the law of life. Any attempt to contain it guarantees an explosion down the road; the more rigid the adherence to the status quo, the more violent the ultimate outcome will be.” -Henry Kissinger

From the Pearl Within

Wordsworth said… “The world is too much with us…”

Meaning… we are all deeply engaged in our daily affairs within the parameter of synthetic society where we dwell. The experience(s) we get there … the results is our present existence… who and what we are now are the material manifestations of the past and all what we have at this very moment will be part of our tomorrow.

In other words… events in our life shape our destiny. Good if it is not in the way wherein dogmatic principles and beliefs of the church and the state prevail…co’z it will block the portals toward self realization and enlightenment… then self mastery and freedom will be crumbled and blown into the thin air.

The poor system of education, false and dogmatic belief, some narrow minded psychologist and nationalist, religious groupism, trivalism, racialism… and the likes play major role in shaping our life and made us slave and prisoner in the lila (playground) of humanity and forgot the fact of our origin… the inner self… and the purpose why we are incarnated in this body.

Who am I?
A never ending query of man
Where do I came from?
No one knows!
Why not ask the sun?
Is there life after death?
What your religion tell ‘bout?
Co’z who am I to tell you now?

Is my existence real in the lila of men?
Maybe yes!… Maybe not!…
Other says’
Feel the bitter taste of sweet juices
Super induce in our daily life
From the dictate of the church
Down the norms in this vineyard.

Oh! Foolish… how foolish I Am?
Asking my existence under the sun
Not contented with the bread I ate
Since the old times
Dreaming to know more
About the essence
Of the I Am!

Oh wise men, though unwise
Tell me what lies beyond
This image of a man
Existence that I penetrated within…
Where is my real image…
in this bungling realm?
Does somebody took it away before my eyes?
Why my eyes can’t see?
The real I Am
In the place now I belong.

Perhaps… even this image
Would be true…
My mind still bothered
Based on the truth you taught me too
On god’s concepts
That made as doggie doo…
And not the image of the real TAO
The path of knowing thyself…
According to Lao T’zu

Oh! Great TAO
Do I have to build my own path?
Show me the road
In knowing the real I Am
To play the game in the arena of existence
For my God and fellow men
To survive in this miserable
But happily accomplished vineyard
Where you and I reside
To know what’s real… what’s not
About this synthetic image
That I Am… whom I Am not.

Utak
